What is your shipping policy?

We ship each product via UPS Ground. When it ships from our warehouse, which normally happens within 7 days from your order, you will get an email with tracking information.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this point, we do not ship anywhere except the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada.

 

I received my sofa frame but not cushions, or vice versa. Is something wrong?

This is normal, since we currently ship wood parts from Rhode Island, and upholstered parts from Georgia. If you experience more than a 3 day delay, let us know and we'll get things sorted out.

 

Can you hold a package for me?

Because we need to keep things running smoothly on our end to best serve all customers, our policy is to not hold shipments. That means when you place your order, it's entered into our queue, and we'll ship it out as soon as possible. Please place your order as soon as you're ready!

 

Is there a way I can see your products in person?

We're working on this, but unfortunately for now, the answer is "not really" unless you have a friend that has purchased Greycork. However, we're confident you'll love the product, and we have a flexible returns policy.

 

What is your returns policy?

Any order can be returned within 30 days for a fee equivalent to 10% of your order total. If you'd like to make a return, email helpdesk@greycork.com.
